The hospitality and commercial industry is vast and can be further broken down into separate sectors that consist of; Retail, Food and Beverage, Accommodation, Travel and Tourism and Entertainment and Recreation. Although the industry is segmented, there is significant overlap to improve customer experience. All of these parts of hospitality and commercial rely heavily on the success of this all-encompassing sector. This ultimately revolves around multiple systems being connected and working harmoniously to meet the customer expectations and provide them with a great experience.
